The hour-long private fairy-tale nuptials took place on a crisp and sunny day.
28-year-old Biden was clad in a long-sleeved, high-neck gown and veil covering her hair, while Neal donned a navy blue suit with a double-breasted vest.

Then the bride walked down the aisle from the Diplomatic Reception Room to the magnificent altar of shrubs and white flowers.
The ceremony was followed by lunch in the White House, and a reception was slated for later on Saturday.
The south side of the White House facing the south lawn was bedecked with wreathes of white flowers.
In all, 250 guests were in attendance, and it was the Bidens who covered the fees.
The couple have been living at the White House.
Today's wedding was not open to the press for the sake of privacy.
Some notable White House weddings in the past include the wedding of former President Richard Nixon's daughter and her husband, Edward Finch Cox.
