During her five-day trip to Africa, U.S. First Lady Jill Biden gave one of her strongest indications yet that President Joe Biden will run for a second term.
"He says he's not done. He's not finished what he started. And that's what's important. I mean, he brought us out of the chaos and he did that. He was elected because people wanted steady leadership. He's done so much. And Darlene, he's just not done," she said.
(Reporter: So, is all that's left at this point is just to figure out a time and place for the announcement?)
"Pretty much."
Earlier, the first lady spoke stirringly to more than 1,000 students in Namibia.
She insisted democracy was "precious" and that they should keep fighting for it.
Africa's 54 nations are a mix of sometimes fragile democracies like Nigeria, where an election is under way this weekend.
