US diplomats returning to Ukraine sporadically

{O/C} And after the United States withdrew diplomats from the war-embattled Ukraine prior to the invasion, American diplomats are now making their way back to Ukraine bit by bit amid the gnawing war.

{Soundbite} NED PRICE, State Department Spokesman: For just about a week now, our diplomats have been making day trips into Lviv from Poland where they are currently based. It is not every day, but it has been consistent. Our charge even did some public appearances, did some media appearances as well. But they have been able to take advantage of these sporadic trips into Lviv to meet with their counterparts.
