{O/C} The United Nations Secretary-General visited Ukraine today, two months into the running battle.
But a defiant Moscow continued to pound targets all across the beleaguered Ukraine.
At least 10 and counting have been wounded amid the attacks.

{Soundbite} ANTONIO GUTERRES, U.N. Secretary-General: Ukraine is an epicentre of unbearable heartache and pain: The senseless loss of life, the massive destruction, the unacceptable violations of human rights and the laws of war.
But that didn't galvanise Russia to throttle back its aggression.
Buffeting the capital Kyiv were bombs that charred a 25-storey residential high-rise and another building, which had been spared, wounding 10 and leaving at least one without a leg.
Smoke emanating from the windows sent firefighters rushing to staunch the blazes.
This, after Guterres toured Irpin, Borodianka and Bucha, inspecting a mass grave prior to his meeting with President Zelensky.
He lamented that the war has gutted the country lock, stock and barrel, excoriating the invasion as having played fast and loose with civilian lives.
{Soundbite} (Borodianka) I imagined my family in one of those houses that is now destroyed and black. The war is an absurdity in the 21st century.
{Soundbite} (Irpin) Civilians always pay the highest price. Innocent civilians were living in these buildings. They were paying the highest price for a war for which they had not contributed at all. Wherever there is a war, the highest price is paid by civilians.
In a critical waystation for those fleeing Mariupol, an 11-year-old boy was among three people sustaining severe wounds in a rocket attack.
Blasts reportedly reverberated across the country, with fierce Russian fire observed in the eastern industrial heartland of Donbas.
In the largely flattened Mariupol, Ukrainian troops remain holed up in that steel plant as they pledged to fight on.
Today's attacks came as the U.N. General Secretary inspected the aftermath in small towns outside Kyiv. It was unclear how far the bombs were from him.
But the attacks right after the talks had the President's blood boiling.

He said, "This speaks volumes about Russia's true attitude towards global institutions," calling for a stiff and powerful response to throw a spanner in Russia's works.
