With his aptly-put remarks, a probe by international investigators will be conducted to look into alleged war atrocities committed by the Russians.
While Ukrainian officials insist this is a genocide, Russia's Defense Ministry denounced the accusations as "provoactive".
Russia has requested a meeting of the U.N. Security Council to discuss the issue.
