{O/C} The National Security Adviser to U.S. President Joe Biden has contracted COVID-19.

Jake Sullivan, who tested positive on Saturday, typically meets Biden frequently, but was last in contact with the president earlier in the week. He had reportedly been giving a wide berth to Biden after a few people he had been in close contact with tested positive for the virus.
He's been asymptomatic thus far.
The White House has declined to comment on whether Biden has been tested more recently, albeit confirming he had tested negative Thursday.
