In another turn of events, legal troubles for former U.S. President Donald Trump may be mounting.
That's because Michael Cohen, a former lawyer of Trump, is slated to testify on Monday before a Manhattan grand jury over hush money payments made in Trump's name.
The jury had invited invited Trump to testify earlier this week.
Prosecutors are apparently looking into whether Trump committed crimes in arranging the payments.
But on social media, Trump insists he did nothing wrong and slammed the probe as a "scam."
This comes as Trump's potential 2024 election rival, Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis, made an appearance in Iowa.
He told the masses there that he would fight the "woke mob" and took a swipe at both President Joe Biden and Trump for their handling of the pandemic.
DeSantis has not officially declared his bid for the White House in 2024.
While Trump remains in the lead among Republicans in Iowa, a new poll suggests support for him has dipped.
