{O/C}

Meanwhile, critics are blasting British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for his awkward interaction with a homeless man at a homeless shelter in London last Friday, and here's why.

{Soundbite}

RISHI SUNAK, British Prime Minister:

Do you work in business?

{Soundbite}

DEAN, Homeless Person:

No I'm homeless. I'm actually a homeless person. But I'm interested in business.

{Soundbite}

{Sunak}

Yeah, what kind of business?

{Soundbite}

{Dean}

I like finance, and when finance and stuff is doing well, we'll do well in London.

{Soundbite}

{Sunak}

Yeah that's absolutely right, absolutely right. I used to work in finance actually.

{VO}

The Prime Minister then went on to talk about finance in the U.K.

Fuming critics like Angela Rayner of the Labour Party took to Twitter calling the conversation "excruciating".

And Labour Party's Bill Esterson branded the multibillionaire Sunak as "out of touch" with his fellow countrymen.
