{O/C} Yet another shooting has erupted in the United States.
This time at a rural western Maryland manufacturing business, leaving three people dead and a state trooper wounded.

The suspect is reported to be a 42-year-old man who opened fire at co-workers before fleeing in a vehicle following the shooting on Thursday afternoon.
The shooting took place at Columbia Machine Inc. in Smithsburg. The fourth victim -- a state trooper -- was not slain albeit critically injured, but is said to be doing well at a hospital.
Authorities arrived at the scene to chase down the suspect and discovered a semi-automatic pistol.
The motive behind this fatal shooting remains under investigation.
