Turning to the Andrew Cuomo sexual harassment case.
A prosecutor investigating accusations that former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo groped a woman today asked a judge for more time, saying the criminal complaint the local sheriff filed last week was "potentially defective."

The one-page complaint filed in Albany City Court by a sheriff's office investigator accuses Cuomo of forcibly groping a woman via putting his hand under a woman's shirt back on December 7th.
Cuomo had been summoned to appear in court for an arraignment later this month, but that has been delayed on the heels of a request from Albany County District Attorney David Soares, who described the filings in the complaint as potentially defective.
The court reportedly granted a delay until January 7 next year.
Forcible touching is listed as a misdemeanour in New York's statute book, punishable by up to a year in prison.
Cuomo has repeatedly denied any accusations that he sexual harassed anyone, and resigned from office back in August on the heels of an investigative report citing Cuomo has sexually harassed 11 women.
