{O/C} We turn our attention over to Britain, where Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre have made an out-of-court settlement of her civil sexual assault claim against the Duke of York.
The Duke of York has promised in court documents that he will donate substantially to Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights.

This deal, reached out of court, averts a trial that would have otherwise made both the 61-year-old Prince and the Royal Family even more mortified.
Besides the donation to Virginia Giuffre's charity, whose specifics remain shrouded in mystery, Andrew reportedly acknowledged Giuffre had suffered as an abuse victim, albeit not specifying whether Giuffre would personally receive money as part of the out-of-court settlement.
News of the settlement came as Giuffre's attorney sent the New York Federal Judge overseeing the case a letter requesting that the lawsuit be dismissed within a month.
The Judge, though, said he would suspend the case until March 17, when he might set a trial date if the lawyers don't ask for a dismissal by then.
Virginia Giuffre, an American who accused the Duke of York of sexually abusing her while she travelled alongside financier Jeffrey Epstein, had Prince Andrew adamantly denying her allegations and tussling with her.
The Duke of York has since regretted fraternising with Epstein, who hung himself to death in jail back in 2019.
Despite the settlement, the consequences are coming in thick and fast, including one that sent the Queen stripping him of his honorary military titles.
