While North Korea is still mired in the impasse regarding denuclearisation talks between the U.S. and the country, it may be finally opening up to the public.

This, as commercial satellites images purport to show the resumption of North Korean freight train traffic into neighbouring China.
The North's tentative reopening of its borders comes as the nation needs to get support in order to fix its badly-hit economy.
On the one hand, North Korea is seeking help from its stalwart allies. But on the other hand, it's militarily wresting concessions from Washington, illustrating that North Korea may have realised its economy is suffering the brunt of a double whammy -- the pandemic and crippling U.S.-led sanctions over North Korea's nuclear programme.
The partial reopening of the border also invites questions as to how North Korea plans to receive and administer COVID vaccines following a year-long delay in its immunisation campaign.
