To the latest in a major U.S. intelligence breach.
A newly leaked document shows that Russia once convinced the United Arab Emirates to work together against U.S. and U.K. intelligence agencies.
That purposed document was posted online as part of a major U.S. intelligence breach.
The leaked documents first showed up in a chat server for Minecraft and could potentially threaten U.S. spies and surveillance.
Washington has been concerned over the UAE allowing Russia to evade sanctions imposed over the Ukraine invasion.
Other leaked documents reveal Ukrainian war tactics that rely on U.S. intelligence, Russia's military struggling in Ukraine, and South Korea's refusal to send artillery to Ukraine.
But given conflicting information about Russian casualties in Ukraine in the documents, some of the documents may have been altered.
Still, officials insist most are real.
This, as the Justice Department has opened an investigation into the possible release of Pentagon documents posted on social media.
