Lucky feline saved from fall at Miami football game

In our final story tonight, we take you to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, where a fortunate cat was saved from fall by fans using an American flag as a makeshift net to safely catch it before it was brought to safety.

Observant fans sitting in the west end zone began to notice something out of the ordinary as a cat not only got loose in the stadium, but it was hanging by a dangling wire on the upper deck of the terraces.

While some fans took out their cell phones and began recording, others jumped into action.

Then, when the feline lost its grip on the dangling wire and began falling, an American flag came in handy. It acted as a makeshift net and, by the grace of god, caught the feline by one of its paws.

Fans cheered as what could have been a terrible tragedy was averted.

Showing no signs of injury, the lucky feline was subsequently carried off to safety.
