Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is slated to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden.
This comes amid heightened tensions between Iran and Israel, and as Israel grapples with a gradual resurgence of hostilities on its southern border with Palestine.

Before his departure, Bennett said the focal point in his meeting with Biden would definitely be Iran, Israel's nemesis.
Since taking office, Bennett has repeatedly ruled out the possibility of a new nuclear accord with Iran, and said any agreement must also put the brakes on Iran's regional aggression.
The world saw a string of attacks on Israeli-connected shipping in recent months, and some videos purport to show the attacks might have been carried out by Iran.
Indirect negotiations between Iran and Israel have broken down in the past week.
And a familiar spectre of renewed violence on the Israel-Gaza border has reared its ugly head, as Hamas recently launched incendiary balloons into southern Israel and staged violent demonstrations there.
This is Bennett's first overseas trip since assuming office. He was scheduled to meet with senior administration officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin, while the meeting between Biden and Bennett is slated for tomorrow.
