{O/C} A massive manhunt for a serial killer in Stockton, California yielded the arrest of forty-three-year-old Wesley Brownlee.
Authorities are certain they've thwarted another murder just in the nick of time.

With the help of tips, investigators began closing in on Brownlee and stopped him in a car at about 2 a.m. in the Central Valley City.
That's where Brownlee perpetrated five of the shootings.
He was clad in black and donning a mask around his neck and armed with a gun.
Stockton police had been probing into a blood-curdling shooting spree spanning over a year, coupled with seven deadly shootings across Stockton in two months' time.
The six slain men and one wounded women, some of whom homeless, were all stalked while walking in the dark.
Police had been relying on just one CCTV footage showing the back of the suspected serial killer.
