Rescue teams continued their search for those missing.
Although authorities said rescuers were hot on the trail of finding people alive, survivors were still nowhere to be found.
Stormy weather brought by hurricane Elsa somehow hindered search efforts. Intermittent thunderstorms forced rescuers to pause their work for two hours on Tuesday. Strong winds also halted rescue efforts to move heavy debris with cranes because of safety concerns.
Rescuers have been doing their best to search for any signs of life, insofar as they are able, despite no signs of those missing or alive as yet.
Workers have been freed to search a broader area since the remnants of the building collapse were demolished.
