To the latest in a mass stabbing case in South Korea that left at least 14 people injured.
A man rammed a car onto a sidewalk, got out of his vehicle and began stabbing people inside a shopping mall.

The incident happened in the city of Seongnam.
Police say at least 9 people were stabbed and four others injured by the vehicle.
The suspect, reportedly in his 20's, was arrested at the scene.
It was the country's second mass stabbing in one month's time.
The head of the National Policy Agency called the attack "virtually an act of terrorism."
An investigation is underway into any potential motives.
